Pudgy Pandas Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pudgy Pandas platform and any associated products and services provided by Pudgy Pandas ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, in compliance with the Virtual Assets Business Act (VABA). Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

2. Service Description

Pudgy Pandas is a community-driven crypto project themed around the “ZenFi” ethos. Components may include a token (e.g., $PANDA), community promotions and giveaways, planned NFT campaigns, and community governance or activations as applicable. Details may evolve and official parameters will be published on our channels.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information (e.g., email, handle, wallet) and keep it up to date.

3.2 Compliance

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations and eligibility rules.

3.3 Community Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected. Harassment, impersonation, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from PP community platforms and forfeiture of participation rights.

4. Token and Incentive Mechanisms

4.1 Use of Contributions

By participating in token interactions or promotional activities, you agree that your wallet address and activity data may be used to facilitate functions such as eligibility checks, draws, governance tallies, or reward distribution.

4.2 Incentive Programs

Incentives (including rewards, allowlists, eligibility) are subject to the current tokenomics model and may change without prior notice. Official tokenomics/parameters will be linked at pudgypandas.io.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform IP

All rights to the Pudgy Pandas name, artwork, branding, websites, and associated digital assets are owned exclusively by Pudgy Pandas or its licensors.

5.2 User Content

By submitting user-generated content (UGC) (e.g., memes, videos, competition entries), you grant Pudgy Pandas a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such UGC in connection with the platform and our marketing, subject to applicable laws.

6.2 No Performance Guarantee
